This approach significantly de-risks the automation process within CEA. Instead of undertaking costly and time-consuming research and development for new automation, we leverage existing, well-tested technologies from the traditional agricultural sector.

EXPAND AND STACK

Our approach introduces automation to the traditionally non-automated, simplistic designs of fixed in place CEA table systems, significantly boosting efficiency.​ This leap forward is achieved by integrating the "tractor methodology" and traditional farming methodologies, where crops are cultivated and harvested in situ, mirroring the efficiency of a field where the growing area is static.


This philosophy, which acknowledges the historical limitations and advantages of traditional agriculture, has guided the development of AOE Greens' innovative methodology for expanding future farmland. We've moved beyond the inefficient concept of moving crops to a separate harvesting area.


Instead, our solution focuses on stackable modules, allowing existing facilities to easily expand their capacity through modular additions rather than requiring the construction of entirely new and complex systems. This design ensures seamless growth and adaptability for CEA operations.

HYPER-SCALE CEA

Our solution directly addresses the inefficiencies and high costs currently hindering the development of hyper scale CEA facilities.​ We overcome these challenges by streamlining automation through the reintroduction of a single, central component: the tractor.


This methodology eliminates the complex multitude of moving parts prevalent in current CEA automation technologies. By simplifying the system to one essential component, we drastically reduce the number of necessary parts, thereby decreasing both the capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) for hyperscale CEA facilities.


Furthermore, this innovative approach provides unparalleled adaptability. Hyper scale facilities can now easily adjust production methodologies or product offerings simply by changing "tractor attachments," freeing them from the limitations and structural demands of complex roller or lifting systems.

HYPER LOCAL CEA

The significant cost reduction achieved through our simplified automation not only enables hyper scale facilities but also makes hyper-local CEA facilities economically viable.​ These localized operations can efficiently tailor their production to meet specific market demands and fluctuations, thereby enhancing local food security.
